My name is Rachel Rakoczy. I am the owner and the only employee that is responsible for any of the services you ask for. So, I will make sure the job is done correctly the first time or I will be back to fix my mistake. If you are not completely happy with the service you are receiving or with myself, I will honor my 100% guarantee and remedy the situation. For the last twenty years, or so, I have always had some sort of job as a custodian, janitor, trash pickup, and so on. I decided to start a poop and scoop business simply because I love the outdoors, love animals, enjoy manual labor, getting to know new folks and offer a great service (so you don't have to do the dirty work yourself). The equipment needed is supplied by myself. And I do take all the waste, that I collect, with me. This way you do not end up with a smelly garbage can. Payment Options:
Cash, cashier's check, money order or personal check.
Billing:
I will send out the bill one week before it is due. The invoice will have the dates and
what service I will provide for that month. I will be providing prepaid services for poo
cleanup until further notice.
*We respectfully request a 30 days notice for any service that will be canceled.
Poop N' Scoop is my main service. The price range will vary and is subject to change. I charge for the
frequency of our services, size of the yard, and the number of dogs. There is a $30 minimum charge
per visit (for one dog, $35 for two dogs). I do supply my own trash bags and equipment.
Prices of Poop N’ Scoop (weekly service)
Pay Monthly 1 Dog $30/wk, 2 Dogs $35/wk, 3 Dogs $40/wk, 4 Dogs $45/wk. Extra large yards or
escessive waste will be charged extra.
**Dogs cannot be outside during my visit.
One time cleanup is essentially doing just a one time service to clean up your yard of
all pet waste. This does not require a weekly service in any way and is payable by
cash or check. The fee for this service will be a minimum $100 (non-refundable) for small dogs and
$200 (non-refundable) for medium/large dogs.
Spring, Summer, Fall basic cleanup will offer basic services. Basic cleanup includes loading a truck and
trailer up with any of the big things you do not want anymore from the inside (extra
fee to help take outside) of the house and outside. The price will be a minimum of $50.
Startup cleanup is picking up all of the pet waste for a minimum
of $100, depending on how much poo there is. The service will
then be done weekly and on the same day each week.
This service will offer the following: mowing the yard, weed eating and hauling away,
if asked. The fee for this will be a minimum of $20 per visit. (Depending on the size
of the yard and what needs to be serviced.)
Incentives
Gift Certificates of $15, $20, $25,.....$100
Referral incentive - for every new client referred (limit of 5), present client receives a
two week credit if the new client continues with weekly services.
Military discounts will vary and be at the discretion of the owner.
Disclosures
Services can be cancelled with 30 day notice.
If 30 day notice is not given, a regular month's service charge will be applied.
Services that are prepaid are non-refundable.
